Yitzchak’s First Foods

I have gotten several requests for a list of Yitzchak’s first 100-ish foods so I am sharing it here along with a separate list of spices (to the best of my recollection). I am not an expert on BLW. I am just a mom who has done some research and is trying to raise an adventurous eater.

A bit of a disclaimer: some of the foods on here are generally not recommended in the first year (generally because of salt content). Cheddar, for example, is not recommended because of sodium. However, we have given him small amounts of extra sharp cheddar when it has been in our food. Milk also is not recommended in the first year as a drink. We have only used it in cooking.

Since the beginning Yitzchak has eaten exactly what we eat, just cut into safe shapes. We have stopped adding salt to our food while cooking, opting instead for adding it at the table.
